This is a rare opportunity for an experienced property professional to take strategic ownership of a high-value, multi-site hospitality estate at a pivotal point in the business's UK expansion.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, performance, and development of a diverse portfolio of UK hotel assets. From capital projects and refurbishments through to compliance, financial oversight, and stakeholder management, this is a genuinely broad and commercially significant position.Key responsibilities will include:Leading portfolio and asset management strategy to maximise ROI across the hotel estateOverseeing capital expenditure projects, refurbishments, and redevelopments from inception to completionCollaborating with hotel operations teams to maintain asset value and ensure regulatory compliancePreparing and managing property budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingManaging third-party contractors, consultants, and property managersDriving sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the portfolioEnsuring all properties meet legal, health and safety, and regulatory requirementsThe PersonYou will be an experienced, commercially astute property professional with a proven track record in senior multi-site roles.
