Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm (must be flexible with hours and travel to jobsites)

Our work spans emergency response, mitigation, environmental remediation, and reconstruction—supporting projects from initial cleanup through final rebuild.
We operate 24/7 to respond to water, fire, mold, and other environmental events, using specialized equipment and industry-leading practices to restore safe, functional spaces.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform contents restoration for residential and commercial properties
- Complete cleanup tasks including packing, on-site cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization
- Assist with inventorying, handling, and storing customer contents
- Set up and maintain restoration equipment
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and site-specific safety plans
- Operate tools and perform routine equipment maintenance
- Maintain warehouse organization and supplies
- Support hazardous waste operations as needed
- Travel to various job sites

What You Need to Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of construction or restoration experience (water/fire damage preferred)
- Ability to perform physical labor in demanding environments
The Musts:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to wear a respirator (medical clearance required)
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift certification or experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
- Good communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Construction or restoration industry experience
- Water restoration certification (IICRC)
- Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
