Job Description We are looking for a Junior CCM Developer to join our to support the technical development and maintenance of Customer Communications Management (CCM) and technical processes for communications specialising in Quadient Inspire. The role will support the technical transformation of customer communications into Quadient Inspire, whist also maintaining and updating technical specifications ensuring that they reflect the build and adhere to best practice. What you'll be doing: Supporting the technical development and ongoing maintenance of customer communications using CCM software (Quadient Inspire), ensuring accurate and timely delivery Creating, maintaining, and updating technical specifications to reflect delivered solutions and adhere to defined approval processes and best‑practice standards Securing all necessary approvals to ensure communications and specifications are technically compliant and meet regulatory, TCF, and multi‑channel requirements Diagnosing and resolving production issues by supporting the production environment with effective analysis and professional issue management Working within Agile methodologies by developing user stories, estimating capacity, and delivering sprint outcomes aligned to product, customer experience, Consumer Duty, and regulatory initiatives Maintaining compliance with internal procedures while ensuring all processes and documentation remain accurate and up to date Providing team support through contingency cover and collaboration, sharing knowledge and embedding best practice across the team Prioritising customer‑centric and Consumer Duty‑focused improvements that reduce journey friction, with particular consideration for inclusion and vulnerable customers Who we're looking for: Experience with document composition platforms such as OpenText Exstream, Apache Velocity, or Quadient Inspire (desirable) Knowledge of data and markup formats including JSON, XML, and HTML (desirable) Familiarity with Adobe Analytics (advantageous but not essential) Strong understanding of how customer data is created, collected, transferred, and manipulated across systems Proven ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational and time‑management skills Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
