Beschrijving Job Description - Facility and Maintenance Manager ↵ Lead real estate projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout; Partner with clients to define project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery strategies; Manage project teams, vendors, RFP processes, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery; Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track; Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and drive projects to completion within budget and schedule. Requirements Requirements Facility and Maintenance Manager Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred; Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information; Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions; In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset; Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
