About the Role

Talent-UK are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Operative on behalf of their client a well-known manufacturer in the Brighouse area.

Talent-UK are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative on behalf of their client, a successful manufacturing business in the Brighouse area, the role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, working regular days Monday to Friday, with ongoing training and development.

Key responsibilities for the Manufacturing Operative role:

  • Working on the filling line ensuring products are filled, capped, labelled, and packed
  • Ensure correct filling of products into containers, bottles, etc
  • Monitor line performance and take prompt action to resolve minor faults or stoppages
  • General upkeep and housekeeping of the production environment with focus.

Experience of the Manufacturing Operative:

  • Proven experience of working in a production/ manufacturing environment
  • FLT Counterbalance & Reach experience (in house licence and expired licences accepted)
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate - worked on various inhouse systems
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Worked within a fast-paced environment

What is in return for the Manufacturing Operative:

  • Hourly rate of £12.71 per hour
  • Working 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 4pm on Friday
  • Weekly pay (PAYE) plus Holidays
  • Ongoing training provided to up-skill further
