Qualifications
• Relevant degree, professional accreditation, or equivalent experience (e.g. Architecture, Engineer-ing, BIM, Asset Management).
• Applicable Degree/Professional body accreditation/or suitable experience (e.g. Architecture Degree or Postgraduate, MSc Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Design, or Government Soft Landings).
• Achieved or working towards a qualification in project management.
Knowledge & Experience
• Experience working within the construction, design, facilities management, or asset management sectors.
• Proven experience delivering or implementing Government Soft Landings / BSRIA Soft Landings on projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong understanding of information management and the information lifecycle within the built environment.
• Experience working with asset, project, or building data across design, construction, and operation-al phases.
• Ability to analyse data from multiple systems and sources, interpret findings, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Strong skills in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and/or Pow-er BI for reporting and data visualisation.
• Ability to communicate data led insights clearly through dashboards, reports, and summaries for non technical stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to or managing assurance processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Extensive experience and strong understanding of using IT systems for managing information through the Building Information Management or Soft-Landing approach (e.g. Autodesk BIM360/SharePoint/Glider BIM/Viewpoint) across Design and/or Construction phases of projects.
• Expert understanding and knowledge of information management, and the information lifecycle in the construction or property industry, with extensive practical experience of applying this.
• Experience delivering projects to Government Soft Landings/BSRIA soft-landing principals on a range of different project types and scale.
• Ability to compile, interpret and analyse data from multiple sources to support project decision making and performance tracking.
• Skilled in reviewing metrics, trends and performance indicators to identify issues, risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Experience in conducting data driven analysis to evaluate building performance, user feedback or operational outcomes.
• Proficient in using digital tools and analytical software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) to manipulate datasets and present findings in a clear and easy to understand way.
• Ability to communicate analytical insights through clear summaries, dashboards or reports for non technical stakeholders.
