In this role, you will play a key part in developing, maintaining, and modernizing our solutions.</p><p>As part of our Asset Finance team, you'll help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. We deliver the benefits of technology to make a difference in society, business, and everyday life</p><p><strong>Are we a great match?</strong></p><p>To master the Senior .Net Developer role, we believe that you have:</p><ul><li><p>At least 4 years’ experience with .NET C# development (backend or full-stack),</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong English and Polish communication skills allowing efficient communication in an international environment,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Working closely with the team to identify and solve technical challenges,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborating with other departments in an international environment, delivering on team’s goals,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Understanding well the business context of the team/product and having an overview of the company-wide business context.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred skills and experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proficiency in C# and .NET,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in REST,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>GIT, Azure DevOps,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Agile and Scrum methodologies,</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Financial or banking sector interest.</p></li></ul><p>If you believe this role aligns with your career aspirations, we would very much like to hear from you!</p>
