Software Developer - Infrastructure Platforms
The Role
TurleyWay are seeking a software developer to join a talented Engineering team. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the systems and infrastructure that power a market leading organisation in the Quantitative trading space. You will develop robust tools and services that enable trading, research, and back-office teams to operate efficiently.
You will work on a variety of impactful projects across our infrastructure, including:
- Job scheduling and workflow management
- Monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
- Network automation and configuration
- Security infrastructure and access control
- Linux build systems and distribution
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Go, Python, Java, or C++
- Proven experience creating self-service tools or automation
- Strong Linux system administration and networking knowledge
- Comfortable debugging operating system issues
Desirable Experience
- TypeScript, React, or web development basics
- Configuration management (Terraform, Bash, Python scripts)
- Advanced networking concepts
