M&E Engineer

Job Title: Mobile M&E Engineer (Electrically Biased)
Location: London, Heathrow & Reading
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
No call-out requirement

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile M&E Engineer with an electrical bias to join a well-established facilities team covering commercial office spaces across London, Heathrow, and Reading. This is a lone working role, ideal for a self-motivated engineer comfortable managing their own workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

• Responding to reactive maintenance tasks

• Completing compliance paperwork and reports accurately

• Maintaining high standards across all sites

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations

Site Coverage:

• London Blackfriars – 3 days per week
  (100 Blackfriars Road, SE1 8HL – approx. 5-minute walk from Southwark Station)

• Heathrow – 1 day per week

• Reading – 1 day per week
  (1 floor of commercial office space; London site covers 6 floors)

Requirements:

• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential)

• Electrically biased M&E background

• Experience in PPMs, reactive maintenance, and compliance documentation

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently (lone working role)
