To further modernise and optimise L’s global legal and compliance function we are recruiting a international company with an entrepreneurial culture and a start-up spirit As member of the senior leadership team, you act as the principal legal advisor to executive management. While leading a small, globally operating Legal team in Den Bosch, you ensure that L operates in compliance with applicable global laws and regulations, effectively manages risks, and upholds high standards of ethics and governance. You work closely with cross-functional teams to structure agreements that align with business objectives while mitigating legal and compliance risks and enabling the company’s strategic goals.
