About the Role
Pyramid Consulting is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Client Services Manager. This is an opportunity for an individual who will be maintaining and supporting a Premier Global Banking client with the potential of generating $20M to $50M annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Prior experience in New Business Development acquiring New Clients (IT, Non-IT, Professional, Engineering).
Prior experience acquiring new business opportunities in following areas: Contract/Perm Placements, Managed Services, SOW, Hire/Train/Deploy (HTD) Model.
Extensive experience with bringing and managing New Customers.
Experience managing existing customers.
Prior Successful experience of providing YOY Growth.
Extensive experience in providing Account Management support for high volume requirements.
Experience working with MSP, Procurements, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Delivery Leaders, Business Team/Leadership, and Hiring Managers.
Extensive experience of Leading and Managing SI, Mid-Market & Enterprise Customers.
Strong ability of working in fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Able to attend Technology and Client Events.
Being part of Technology and Networking Group.
