Job Description

• Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and control.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced knowledge of Excel .
