Exact Staff is hiring a Facilities Plumber and Maintenance Technician in Claremont, CA for a vibrant college campus. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional looking for a stable Monday–Friday day shift with a team that values skill, safety, and growth. Pay & Schedule
- $24.00/hr
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Day shift — no weekends
- Must be flexible for after-hours emergency call-ins as needed
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and appliances
- Handle facility renovations, repairs, and cost estimates — keeping projects on budget and on time
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, lighting, motor controls, and low-voltage systems
- Maintain plumbing fixtures, unclog drains, and repair toilets and faucets
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Operate campus vehicles or carts to transport tools and materials
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergency call-ins as needed

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate projects efficiently
- Flexible schedule with ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
