Oliver Chapman “During my interview, I was given a tour of the refurbishment facility and that really sold it for me. I loved the business model, especially how we reuse the steel frames and the strong sustainability focus.” See Oliver's interview Shane Reeve Shane began his journey at Wernick as a Yard Operator, where he gained valuable experience. His leadership skills and proactive approach saw him progress to Chargehand at Hull Depot. In this role, he manages the yard’s day-to-day operations, liaising with management to meet deadlines effectively. Kasia completed her Part 1 and Part 2 training in Poland, focusing on essential design and technical skills. Iori graduated from Swansea University with first-class honours in Civil Engineering. He now works with Wernick full-time as Assistant Pre-construction Project Manager.
