 The Resident Liaison Officer must have/be:
 <ul>
 <li>Proven experience as an RLO or in a customer-facing role.</li>
 <li>Experience working within social housing, planned works, or construction.</li>
 <li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
 <li>Ability to manage resident enquiries and access arrangements.</li>
 <li>CSCS Card and full UK driving licence.</li>
