We’re recruiting on behalf of one of London’s most exciting independent seafood restaurants. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of a highly respected kitchen where creativity is encouraged, outstanding produce is celebrated, and quality is never compromised.

This is far more than a traditional Head Chef role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape menus, influence the direction of the kitchen, and work closely with a passionate ownership team who value innovation and trust their chefs to showcase their talent.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced Head Chef with a background in premium fresh food restaurants
• Has strong seafood experience and a genuine passion for fish and shellfish
• Is highly creative and enjoys developing seasonal, produce-led menus
• Has excellent kitchen management skills, including GP, labour, stock control, and team development
• Leads from the front and inspires those around them
• Thrives in a busy service while maintaining exceptional standards
• Has the ambition to build on an already successful food offering
