Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.   Your role as Key Business User Administrator (KBU) is to ensure effective training distribution, eDMS administration, and process optimization to maintain compliance, usability, and end-user enablement.   Key responsibilities:  Maintain and update training matrices, eDMS metadata, workflows, and document statuses. Initiate and manage periodic document reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide eDMS, BOT, and training support to end-users, including development of e-learning materials. Monitor and ensure correct training assignments, proactively addressing gaps. Contribute to process and tool optimization, leveraging solutions such as Excel, Power BI, Databases, PowerApps, and eDMS.   Your qualifications   To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in training administration or a similar role. Experience with eDMS administration, document lifecycle management, and metadata/workflow maintenance. Strong skills in training coordination, including developing e-learning and support materials. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Databases, and PowerApps. Ability to monitor, analyze, and proactively address training assignment gaps. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure compliance and usability.
