Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
- Set credit limits and terms for new and existing customers
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable
- Lead and mentor junior credit and collection staff
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes
- Handle escalated collection issues and disputes
- Prepare regular reports on credit and collection activities
- Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine risk levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of B2B collections experience
- Prior people leadership experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $115,000–$125,000
- This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
