What You'll Do:

As an SWD Control Room Operator, you'll monitor and control surface waste discharge systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely around the clock. Your keen attention to detail and quick decision-making will help maintain seamless operations, making a direct impact on overall process integrity.
 

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to monitor and operate control room systems
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills for reporting and team coordination
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts (14/14 schedule)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with surface waste discharge (SWD) systems or related industrial processes
• Familiarity with control room software and SCADA systems
• Prior experience working in a rotating shift environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a control room or operational role in an industrial setting

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to work a 14/14 rotating shift (day and night)
• Ability to work in Spring, TX environment
• Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures
