Experienced Vet Surgeon | West Sussex | Up to £65,500k

<p>My client in West Sussex is looking for an <strong>experienced Veterinary Surgeon</strong> to join our friendly and well‑established RCVS‑accredited team</p> <p>They are seeking an approachable, team‑focused Vet with excellent communication skills and confidence in <strong>sole charge</strong>. You’ll be experienced and comfortable delivering high‑quality client service and applying contextualised care.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Salary – </strong><strong>up to £65,500 </strong><strong>dependent on experience</strong> <li><strong>Full-time</strong> 40 hrs/week – <strong>flexible working/part-time considered</strong> for the right candidate <li>Ideally <strong>4 days per week</strong> (3 consulting and at least 1 op) – however they could accommodate a <strong>Consult only Vet</strong>  <li>1:4 Saturdays </ul> <ul> <li>Second on call rota – 1 full week in 15 supporting the hospital </ul> <p>You will be working alongside: </p> <ul> <li>2.5 Vets <li>4 RVNs (3 FTE) <li>2 experienced part‑time Receptionists <li>1 full‑time ANA </ul> <p>You’ll enjoy working with <strong>excellent facilities</strong>, including dental X‑ray, high‑quality ultrasound, a dedicated theatre, separate dog and cat wards, and an in‑house lab.
