As part of our R&D team, your responsibilities may include: Shaping R&D strategies, business plans and budgets to guide innovation efforts Leading or supporting R&D projects from concept to implementation Developing and testing new products, equipment, or processes to meet technical, functional, and sustainability goals Collaborating closely with customers and external partners such as universities and research institutes to develop new products and solutions Ensuring research methods and design processes meet high scientific and engineering standards Conducting laboratory tests and analyzing results to support internal decision making Evaluating outcomes to ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
