About the Role
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Shipping Coordinator with good computer shipping skills in a manufacturing environment. $25-$30 per hour / 8:00am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri / Excellent Benefits! What You'll Do: Process orders and invoices using computer systemsCreate shipping labels and track shipments through UPS, FedEx, and DHL systemsHandle paperwork for orders and shipmentsShip products to customers, including samples and special requestsUse shipping software to arrange pickup and delivery with trucking companiesKeep track of inventory in computer system and make sure orders are filled correctlyReceive incoming shipments and update system recordsCheck that all paperwork matches computer entriesLook for ways to save money and work more efficientlyOrder packaging supplies online and work with suppliersProcess shipping labels and tracking information Experience Needed Forklift certification required3-5 years of warehouse experience in manufacturingExperience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping systemsInternational shipping experience is a plusWell-organized with strong teamwork skills To apply for the Shipping & Logistics Coordinator position, please submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application on our website, impactstaffing.com.
