Finance Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Finance Manager to lead a high-performing analytics team and play a key role in driving financial insight, operational improvement, and smart decision-making across the organization. This is a highly visible role partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, with real ownership and influence.   What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a financial reporting and analytics team Deliver clear, executive-ready insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Build and maintain advanced financial models focused on pricing, profitability, and operations Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership on data-driven initiatives Lead or support cross-functional process improvement projects Prioritize, delegate, and ensure high-quality analytical output across the team   What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance CPA strongly preferred (this is a big plus) 2+ years of people management experience Strong background in financial systems, reporting, and analytics Advanced financial modeling skills Experience with reporting tools (Cognos or Crystal Reports) Intermediate SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Six Sigma or process improvement experience is a plus Healthcare or lab-related industry experience is beneficial, but not required
