- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Validate retail business workflows including billing, inventory management, promotions, pricing, and transaction processing
- Test POS systems covering payment processing, refunds, receipt generation, and device interactions
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects through to resolution using defect management tools
- Collaborate closely with development, business, and QA teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery
- Participate in test planning, test execution, defect triage, and release validation activities
- Ensure applications meet business expectations, usability standards, and operational requirements
- Strong experience in Manual Testing within Retail and POS environments
- Good understanding of retail business processes and workflows
- Hands-on experience testing POS systems and transaction-based applications
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Strong defect tracking and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments
