<p><strong>Salary: £40,000 – £45,000</strong></p>
<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer expert design services to the healthcare, education, residential, and healthcare sectors. They are on the looking for a job running Project Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Sheffield.</p>

<p><strong>Duties for the role of Project Architect include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and deliver various projects from inception through to completion</li>
<li>Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages</li>
<li>Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information</li>
<li>Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams</li>
<li>Attend design team meetings and site visits</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>ARB registered</li>
<li>Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice</li>
<li>Proficient with Revit</li>
<li>Experience managing projects across various sectors</li>
<li>Job running experience</li>
<li>Excellent drawing and design skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li>
<li>Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area</li>
