Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers. </p><p><strong>About the Role </strong></p><p><span>We are looking for a skilled social content producer to join our trending storytelling team at LADbible Group.</span></p><p><span>You will source, ideate and package creator and community-led stories into engaging video and image content for new and existing audiences.</span></p><p><span>A typical day involves scanning audience data and cultural trends to identify stories resonating with our followers. You will transform those insights into original short-form video and image content, collaborating with a network of creators to turn audience-led ideas into signal engineered, viral content.</span></p><p><strong>What the opportunity looks like </strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Sourcing: identify trends for new and existing audience profiles. Use tools to gather post performance data and validate work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ideation: apply our brands’ tone of voice to stories resonating with our target audiences to create a unique take on trending stories.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Production: work with colleagues and creators to produce trending content with an increasing level of originality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>AI tools: identify patterns in post performance data and support content production using our AI toolkits.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and experience we'd like you to have </strong></p><ul><li><p><span>2+ years' experience creating social content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with AI tools for content sourcing and production.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and wider Adobe Suite.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confident in experimenting with new formats for storytelling.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A deep understanding of best practices for content across key social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube Shorts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong interest in youth culture and translating this into compelling video narratives that motivate our audiences to laugh, think and act.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-3230781d-7fff-9aab-7b9b-64276ee4303a">Please submit your application with links to examples of your previous work.</strong></span></p><p><strong>At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.</strong></p><p><strong>LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
