<h3>Overview</h3>
<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Incident Manager</strong> to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing major incidents, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring timely communication and resolution to minimise business impact.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage major and high‑priority incidents end‑to‑end</li>
<li>Act as the central point of coordination between technical and business stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure incidents are logged, prioritised, and resolved in line with SLAs</li>
<li>Facilitate incident bridges and post‑incident reviews</li>
<li>Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle</li>
<li>Identify recurring issues and contribute to continual service improvement</li>
<li>Ensure incident management processes are followed and improved where necessary</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in an Incident Manager or Major Incident Manager role</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure</li>
<li>Experience working in fast‑paced, enterprise environments</li>
<li>ITIL certification (preferred but not essential)</li>
</ul>
