Now Hiring: Business Developer Base Pay: $65,000–$100,000 + Commission & Bonus Incentives Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Business Developer . This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role focused on new business development , face-to-face conversations, and long-term client partnerships. If you thrive on building relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into opportunities, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through phone and in-person sales efforts Conduct approximately 100 sales activities weekly , including 60 face-to-face meetings with decision-makers Meet directly with business leaders to assess staffing needs and present customized solutions Develop and execute quarterly sales plans targeting new clients and growth opportunities Lead outreach efforts for Top 20 Hit List prospects Collaborate daily with the internal recruiting team to ensure client needs are met Represent Express professionally in client offices, plants, and community settings Perform additional duties as assigned to support growth and client success Working Conditions: Regular travel throughout the local area, including client sites and plants Ability to manage daily travel, deadlines, and client priorities Must maintain a valid driver’s license and operate a vehicle Occasional out-of-town travel for meetings or training Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday Day shift, 8-hour workdays Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $65,000–$100,000 per year Commission and bonus opportunities 401(k) with company matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Expense account Ready to Apply?
