<p><span style="color: #000000;">As an <strong>LPN</strong>, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.</span></p>

<li><span style="color: #000000;">Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Comfortable working independently with the population when needed</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Administer/dispense medication under direction of physician</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Ensure the treatment plan of the physician or Medical Director is being followed</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Giving and interpreting Mantoux Testing</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Complete blood draws</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Assists in training staff in medical and health and safety matters as well as assisting in properly maintaining medical equipment.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Provide training for staff development specific to health care needs i.e., CPR, First Aid, Blood Pressure.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Educates clients about methadone maintenance and detoxification as well as side effects and provides education to clients on lab results and all medical matters.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Educates pregnant patients about prenatal care and assists primary counselor in coordinating outside services as needed.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Other duties as needed.</span></li>
