Company OverviewOur client is a well-established and growing Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist delivering maintenance, service and project solutions across commercial environments throughout London. Due to continued organic growth and the expansion of their maintenance portfolio, they are looking to appoint an additional Account Manager to join their service team.
The RoleThis is a client-facing Account Management position focused on managing and developing an established portfolio of BMS maintenance contracts across London. Working closely with the existing service and engineering teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting contract retention and identifying opportunities for additional works and system enhancements.
The role offers a balance of account management, technical understanding and commercial involvement, making it ideal for someone with experience within the BMS industry who enjoys building long-term client relationships.
