About the Role
<p><strong>Technical Coordinator | Leading House Builder | Reading | Up to £50k+P</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>· Oversee all technical aspects across multiple projects of varying complexity</p>
<p>· Manage the design process to secure accurate and comprehensive sets of information from the outset including management tendering and appointment of design consultants</p>
<p>· Procurement and management of utilities / services and warranties and management of fees budget</p>
<p>· Discharge of planning & building regulation conditions</p>
<p>· Validating conveyance plans and easements</p>
<p>· Managing and satisfying regulatory bodies such as Planning, Building Control, and the Fire Brigade</p>
<p>· Control and issue of site information and drawings</p>
<p>· Liaise with the Commercial department to ensure all relevant orders are in place and budgets / cost to complete are accurate</p>
<p>· Work with the site and sales teams to provide support as necessary</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Experience required</p>
<p>· Architectural drawing experience</p>
<p>· Brown and green-field housing experience</p>
<p>· Exposure to medium-rise complex developments</p>
<p>· Experience and knowledge of building regulations and current NHBC standards is desirable</p>
<p>· Experience working as a coordinator / within a technical function for a volume house builder is desirable</p>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<p>· Qualified to degree level or HNC/HND in a technical subject with relevant experience</p>
<p>· CSCS card or equivalent</p>
<p>· Current full UK driving licence</p>
<p> </p>
