We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator/office manager to oversee the administration function within a highly successful property development organisation located within the Tarleton area.
Within this extremely fast paced and varied role, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial and sales teams with a range of administration duties, to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Working to daily KPI’s and tight deadlines, the duties of the role will include the following:
- HR administration, keeping a log of all staff holidays and contracts.
- Collecting and processing staff expenses
- Opening and actioning daily post
- Arranging and attending meetings, taking and circulating minutes
- Booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and ordering office supplies
- Producing staff KPI reports and data analysis.
- Measuring web site traffic
- Producing invoices
- Updating in house literature and manuals
- Liaising with site-based staff.
- First point of contact for clients
Our Administrator/office manager should be able to keep the office running smoothy, they will be key to the success of business! Therefore, we are looking for a candidate who has exceptional organisation and communication skills, a highly professional candidate who is able to manage multiple functions, work to deadlines and on their own initiative.
You must have an intermediate knowledge of MS office and possess experience within a similar role. Ideally you will be of graduate calibre, of smart appearance and with a strong work ethic. A knowledge of the property development industry would be preferred.
