Job Title: Experienced Sales Negotiator Location: Bristol Salary: £30,000 basic | OTE £40,000–£45,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with a day off in lieu) About the Role Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Bristol, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to buyers Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and purchasers Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values Requirements Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency Strong negotiation and communication skills Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude Excellent customer service skills Full UK driving licence (essential) What’s on Offer Competitive basic salary of £30,000 Realistic OTE of £40,000–£45,000 Structured working hours with a day off in lieu for weekend work Opportunity to join a reputable and growing agency Supportive team environment with career progression opportunities
