Looking for a reliable, professional, and motivated Labourer to join their friendly team.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong>You will be working as part of a skilled team installing solar PV systems on domestic roofs across the local area.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Assisting with the preparation and installation of solar panels on residential properties.<br><br></li><ul><li>Handling materials and ensuring a safe, tidy workspace on-site.<br><br></li><li>Representing the company professionally when interacting with homeowners.<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong>You don’t need to be a fully qualified roofer, but you do need to be comfortable working outdoors and at physical fitness levels required for roofing work.<br><br><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven background in labouring, construction, or a related outdoor trade.<br><br></li><ul><li><strong>Heights:</strong> Experience working at heights (scaffolding/roofs) is required.<br><br></li><li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Excellent customer-facing skills, a positive personality, and a professional attitude are non-negotiable.
