Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our warehouse and transportation operations. The CSR will serve as a key point of contact between drivers, carriers, and the operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow.

- Previous Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience required
- Experience working with drivers and carrier communication
- Ability to check drivers in and out accurately
- Experience printing and processing shipping documents for LTL and truckload carriers
- Strong email and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
