Your mission with us
- You are responsible for B2B customer acquisition. Your goal is to build a solid customer base and continuously expand it.
- Your main focus is on acquiring new clients in the field and providing consulting services related to our products.
- Preparing offers and conducting contract negotiations are also part of your responsibilities.
- You handle order processing and coordinate internal processes with the relevant departments such as purchasing, back office, and logistics.
- Active networking and familiarizing yourself with the industry complete your range of responsibilities.
What sets you apart
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have several years of experience in field sales.
- You are proficient in MS Office 365 and hold a valid category B driver’s license.
- You are a results-oriented team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of self-motivation.
- Your working style and professional appearance are characterized by reliability, a strong service orientation, and a high level of integrity. With your engaging personality and negotiation skills, you quickly and accurately identify and meet customer needs.
- You impress with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for acquiring new customers.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written German.

- For the advertised role, we offer a gross monthly salary of EUR 3,500 based on a 40-hour all-in contract, with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience, plus an attractive bonus package.
