Our client is a leading commercial firm with a fantastic reputation across the country who is recruiting for a Costs Advisor to join their team in Leeds. The role would suit a Costs Advisor/ Costs Draftsman with upwards of 3 years’ experience drafting bills of costs relating to RTA, ELPL, industrial disease, and clinical negligence.
The Role
Day to day, you will be overseeing costs procedures, liaise with clients and third parties, and ensure compliance with relevant protocols, all within a professional and supportive work environment. You will draft bills of costs, points of disputes and draft schedules, deal with your own advocacy at interim and case management hearings and negotiating high-value and complex matters.
