ServiceNow Developer / Architect – Associate Manager London (Hybrid)Up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus + Full PackageI’m partnered with a leading ServiceNow consultancy looking to hire an Associate Manager-level ServiceNow Architect — ideally suited to a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant looking to step into architecture.This role is a genuine bridge between hands-on development and full solution ownership. You’ll still be close to the tech, but with increasing responsibility around design, architecture, and client interaction.You’ll be working alongside experienced Architects on large-scale programmes, giving you the platform to develop into a fully-fledged Architect in a structured and well-supported environment.You’ll be:Contributing to solution design across ServiceNow implementationsTranslating technical requirements into scalable platform solutionsWorking closely with Architects on end-to-end architecture decisionsRemaining hands-on where needed (configuration, scripting, integrations)Engaging with clients in workshops and design discussionsWhat they’re looking for:Strong ServiceNow development experience (ideally at Senior level)Exposure to design/architecture or a clear desire to move into itExperience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSMGood understanding of platform capabilities, integrations, and best practiceStrong communication skills and client-facing potentialWhy it’s a strong move:Clear and supported transition from Developer → ArchitectWork on large, enterprise-scale ServiceNow programmesMentorship from experienced ArchitectsOne of the most established ServiceNow environments in the UKCompetitive package + bonusIf you’re a Senior ServiceNow Developer looking to step into architecture, drop me a note at Bradley.collings@ansonmccade.com and we can talk it through.
