We’re looking for a business and systems savvy Systems Analyst to help drive technology and innovation as an IT Human Resources analyst and business partner. In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within our human resources department. You will identify opportunities to improve business performance through the application of technology, information and/dor process improvements; and lead projects while creating plans and documenting requirements to achieve strategic goals. You’ll help lead projects from concept to completion-translating strategy into requirements, modeling business processes, configuring systems, managing budgets and roadmaps, and ensuring smooth change management. This is an opportunity to use your experience within IT and Human Resources to make an impact by optimizing HR performance across the enterprise! This role is located in either Hopkins, MN or Marshall, MN, and outstate candidates will not be considered.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
