Occupational Therapist (Mental Health) - Suffolk - £35ph - Hybrid Working Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist (Mental Health) to join the Adult Social Care Directorate in Suffolk on a 6-month agency contract. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, covering locality-wide services across: West: West Suffolk House Ipswich: Endeavour House North: Riverside Role DetailsRate: £35 per hour (Umbrella) Contract Length: 6 months Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 office days, 2 days WFH) Service Area: Mental Health - Directorate wide Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe and timely front-line Occupational Therapy services Undertake proactive reviews and assessments across the Directorate Support triage processes and reduce duplication between health and social care Contribute to OT waiting list reduction Support external care providers with safe moving and handling practices Review care packages to ensure best value for Adult Social Care and effective equipment use Review double-handed care packages Review waking night support Review general packages of care Provide mutual aid to other OT teams as required This role is focused on proactive review and assessment work to improve service efficiency and reduce waiting lists across the Directorate.
