Join a team that keeps critical operations running safely and efficiently. As an Electrical Maintenance Tech III in Midland, TX. You’ll perform advanced electrical maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and support reliable production. This is a hands-on role with an on-call rotation, working a 5/2 schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM—ideal for local technicians ready to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Required Skills:
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician’s license (required)
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems/equipment
- Strong working knowledge of electrical maintenance practices in an industrial setting
- Experience reading and working from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and job instructions
- Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and safe work practices
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Local candidates preferred (role does not offer per diem)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with industrial maintenance in oil & gas or similar heavy industrial environments
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and reliability-focused maintenance
- Experience using multi-gas monitoring and performing hazard-aware field work
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Journeyman or Master Electrician education/training consistent with Texas licensing requirements
- Preferred experience level: Advanced electrical maintenance experience supporting troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities at the Journeyman/Master level
Other Requirements:

- Agency-supplied truck provided; Clean driving record required
