With in-house capabilities spanning digital, flexo, and decorative print finishes, they support brands from concept through to final production across a wide range of industries.</p><p>Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a commercially driven, home-based Business Development Manager to focus primarily on winning new business across key markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in packaging or related sectors who is looking to develop within the premium labels space.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>⭐New Business Focus:</strong><br />Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across sectors including sports nutrition, vitamins & supplements, beauty, personal care, health & wellness, food, beverage, and household products.<br /><strong>⭐Market Development:</strong><br />Proactively build a strong pipeline by engaging prospective clients and developing relationships within high-growth and design-led brands.<br /><strong>⭐Consultative Selling:</strong><br />Work closely with customers to understand their packaging requirements, offering tailored label solutions including a range of materials, finishes, and embellishments.<br /><strong>⭐Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong><br />Liaise with internal departments including customer service, studio/pre-press, and production teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from concept to delivery.<br /><strong>⭐Opportunity Expansion:</strong><br />Spot opportunities to introduce added-value solutions such as sustainable materials, multi-layer constructions, and premium decorative finishes.<br /><strong>⭐Pipeline & Territory Management:</strong><br />Maintain a structured approach to managing prospects, sales activity, and territory growth, ensuring consistent business development performance.</p><p><strong>Ideal Background:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a business development or sales role within labels, packaging, or a related industry.</li><li>Strong track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.</li><li>Experience selling into sectors such as sports nutrition, supplements, beauty, personal care, food & drink, or similar.</li><li>Commercially astute with a consultative sales approach.</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, field-based role.</li></ul><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and quality-driven business, offering autonomy, strong internal support, and the chance to grow your presence within a dynamic and evolving market.</p>
