<p>They are now looking for an experienced <b>Site Manager</b> to take the lead on one of their upcoming developments across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. </p>

<p><b>What You'll Be Doing</b></p>
<p>As Site Manager, you’ll report to the Construction Director and take responsibility for managing all aspects of this site. Key areas of focus will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Build programme: Ensure the site runs to schedule and that any issues affecting delivery are quickly identified, escalated and resolved.</li>
<li>Site operations: Manage the daily running of the development, including subcontractors, direct labour and materials, maintaining a well-organised and efficient site.</li>
<li>Health and Safety: Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and lead a culture of safety and accountability on site.</li>
<li>Build quality: Work closely with the quality control team to deliver homes that meet the highest standards from initial groundworks to final handover.</li>
<li>Team leadership: Provide clear direction to the site team, ensure consistent performance and foster a positive, professional working environment.</li>
<li>Customer journey: Liaise with the Sales and Customer Service teams to support choices, extras, handovers and customer satisfaction at every stage.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You'll Bring to the Team</b></p>
<p>Our client is a design-led and quality-driven business, so experience delivering high-end developments is essential.</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working for a residential housebuilder in a Site Manager role.</li>
<li>Proven track record delivering high-quality developments from start to finish.</li>
<li>Strong understanding and practical application of Health and Safety best practice and legislation.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings confidently.</li>
<li>SMSTS qualified (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).</li>
<li>First Aid at Work qualification.</li>
<li>Construction-related degree or NVQ Level 5/6.</li>
