About the Role
We are supporting a <strong>leading mid‑market private equity firm</strong> with a strong European footprint in the appointment of a <strong>Temporary Executive Assistant</strong> to support a small London‑based deal team.<br> The firm is well established, fast‑paced, and invests in high‑quality businesses across a range of sectors. The London office is home to around <strong>40 people</strong>, combining an ambitious, high‑performing investment environment with a notably <strong>down‑to‑earth, collaborative culture</strong>.<br><br> <strong>The Role</strong> <br>This is a <strong>hands‑on EA role</strong>, with support required from early May through to the end of July (with potential to extend, though not guaranteed).<br><br> The remit has been intentionally kept <strong>clear and straightforward</strong>, with a focus on core EA support rather than investor relations or project‑heavy responsibilities.<br><br> You will support a <strong>deal team of 4–5 senior executives</strong>, working as part of a friendly and established EA team and in close partnership with senior leadership and the wider support function.<br> <br><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong><br><ul><li>Complex diary management across multiple busy executives</li><li>Organising UK and international travel, including full itinerary planning</li><li>Coordinating meetings, calls, and schedules efficiently</li><li>Acting as a calm, organised, and reliable point of contact for the deal team</li><li>Working collaboratively within a well‑run EA support function</li></ul><strong>Candidate Profile</strong><ul><li>Previous EA or Team Assistant experience within <strong>private equity, finance, banking, asset management, or professional services</strong></li><li>Strong diary and travel coordination skills</li><li>Confident managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities</li><li>Calm, organised, and solutions‑focused approach</li><li>Comfortable in a <strong>fully office‑based role (5 days per week)</strong></li><li>This does <strong>not</strong> need to be a senior EA — reliability, professionalism, and experience in a busy finance office are key</li></ul><strong>Role Details</strong><ul><li><strong>Contract:</strong> Temporary (via ISE Partners)</li><li><strong>Start:</strong> Ideally 7 May (handover preferred but not essential)</li><li><strong>Duration:</strong> Until end of July (with potential to extend)</li><li><strong>Hours:</strong> 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Central London (Soho)</li></ul><strong>Why This Role?</strong> <br>This firm is consistently described as a <strong>professional, respectful, and genuinely supportive place to work</strong>.<br><br> Despite operating at a high level, the culture is <strong>non‑hierarchical, polite, and well mannered</strong>, with none of the unnecessary ego often associated with private equity.
