Are you looking to join a friendly, boutique team based in Wakefield or Garforth that delivers quality work in private client law? This practice has an excellent reputation for staff retention and is keen to hear from a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or experienced private client fee earner qualified by experience, to hit the ground running with a full private client caseload. 

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality private client work.

The Role

• Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, and provide support with estate planning 
• Handle Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate administrations
• Advise on tax matters within your knowledge and escalate complex issues externally
• Act on Court of Protection Deputyship applications and trusts
• Use the case management system to ensure proactive, efficient case progression and clear communication
• Get involved with business development and marketing

About You

• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or have substantial private client fee-earning experience
• Strong commercial mindset
• Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in private client law
