Pay rate: M1 -M6 (Dependant on Experience)

Simply Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support primary schools across the Sleaford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports pupil progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, KS2

• Follow school policies and maintain strong classroom management

• Support pupils' learning and wellbeing

• Provide feedback to staff where required

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• ECTs encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Flexible, reliable and confident in the classroom

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
