<h3><strong>Primary Duties</strong></h3>
<ul>

<p>Oversee HVAC and plumbing system design for complex building projects</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Formulate system approaches, select equipment, and design mechanical room layouts</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage projects from design to construction phases</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create and review:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>3D Revit and 2D CAD drawings</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Engineering calculations and specifications</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Equipment selections and schedules</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Site observations and construction administration documentation</p>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul>

<p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>6–15 years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing design in a consulting environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Active PE license (mandatory)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Solid knowledge of commercial and institutional building mechanical systems</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with relevant mechanical codes, standards, and regulations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Detail-oriented with a collaborative, professional demeanor</p>
</li>
</ul>
