<p data-start="0" data-end="129"><strong data-start="0" data-end="66">Finance ERP Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion (FTC to May 2028)</strong><br data-start="66" data-end="69" /> Hybrid / London<br data-start="87" data-end="90" /> Fixed-Term Contract until May 2028</p>
<p data-start="131" data-end="467">We are supporting a large-scale Finance Systems Transformation Programme delivering a global implementation of <strong data-start="242" data-end="271">Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM</strong>. This is a significant change initiative focused on modernising finance operations through a cloud-based platform, driving standardisation, improved data visibility, and enhanced decision-making.</p>
<p data-start="469" data-end="719">We are seeking an experienced <strong data-start="499" data-end="531">Finance ERP Business Analyst</strong> to join the functional delivery team. This is a hands-on role supporting end-to-end implementation activities across design, documentation, data migration, testing, reporting, and change.</p>
<h3 data-start="721" data-end="746">Key Responsibilities:</h3>

<p data-start="749" data-end="870">Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements across finance workstreams (e.g. O2C, P2P, R2R, Projects)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="871" data-end="964">
<p data-start="873" data-end="964">Support functional solution design and configuration across Oracle Fusion Finance modules</p>
</li>
<li data-start="965" data-end="1073">
<p data-start="967" data-end="1073">Produce and maintain high-quality functional documentation (process flows, specifications, test scripts)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1074" data-end="1163">
<p data-start="1076" data-end="1163">Support data migration activities including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1164" data-end="1249">
<p data-start="1166" data-end="1249">Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1250" data-end="1309">
<p data-start="1252" data-end="1309">Assist with reporting requirements (OTBI, BI Publisher)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1310" data-end="1390">
<p data-start="1312" data-end="1390">Contribute to training, business readiness, and change management activities</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1393" data-end="1458">Track and support resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies</p>

<p data-start="1477" data-end="1551">Proven experience working on <strong data-start="1506" data-end="1549">Oracle Fusion transformation programmes</strong></p>
</li>
<li data-start="1552" data-end="1623">
<p data-start="1554" data-end="1623">Strong understanding of finance operations and end-to-end processes</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1624" data-end="1685">
<p data-start="1626" data-end="1685">Experience supporting ERP design, testing, and deployment</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1686" data-end="1747">
<p data-start="1688" data-end="1747">Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1750" data-end="1811">Comfortable working in complex, multi-location environments</p>
