Repairs Workshop Manager Are you a natural people leader who loves bringing structure, quality and efficiency to fast-paced technical environments? This well-established & growing technology business is looking for a Repairs Workshop Manager to lead the day-to-day running of it’s local repair centre ensuring customer repairs are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and on time. You will manage a skilled team, coordinate workloads, and act as the key link between engineering, operations and customers. From resource planning to continuous improvement, you’ll play a central role in maintaining quality, safety and service performance. UKSC CHECKS WILL APPLY**** What you will be doing?: Leading and developing a team of repair staff – technical and support Managing daily operations to meet SLAs and KPIs Acting as the main customer contact for repair updates and escalations Driving process improvements and supporting new product introductions Overseeing stock, costs, compliance and reporting What we need from you?: A relevant Electronics qualification with a minimum ONC or equivalent.
