Location: Grimsby Docks
Shifts: 4 on 4 off - Nights (6pm-6am)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £13.75 (Night Shifts)
Breaks: 3 x 20-minute unpaid breaks per shift

About the Roles:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently hiring for multiple skilled roles at a busy and well-established bread production site located on the docks in Grimsby. These roles are ideal for individuals looking for stable, ongoing work with excellent long-term prospects. Full training is provided, and temp to perm opportunities are available for the right candidates.

Available Roles Include:

• Flow Wrap Operators

• Key Operatives

• Oven Operatives

• Mixing Operatives

• Machine Minders

• Packout Operatives

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):

• Operating and monitoring production machinery

• Mixing and preparing ingredients

• Operating ovens and managing baking times

• Packing, wrapping, and labelling finished products

• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

• Working efficiently to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous factory or food production experience is essential

• A good work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off schedule

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
